Why this run saved so much
Because it had 18 drop points. On a point-to-point run there is no stop order to optimise. The more stops on a run, the larger the solution space and the wider the gap between a hand-built plan and the best one available. That is also why we say plainly on the home page that this product suits multi-stop, high-frequency work and is worth less to a fleet running two-ended long haul.
