Free, one day of data

Measure one day on your own data

Bring one real operating day or shift: orders, vehicles, constraints and the plan you ran. Route4Green plans the whole fleet and compares it with that plan, plan against plan. Free, so both sides can see whether a Pilot is worth running.

What you bring

Orders

Your order id or waybill number, address or coordinates, weight in kg, and pickup and delivery windows where you have them.

Vehicles

Vehicle id, payload, the depot it starts from and its working hours.

Constraints

The operating rules you apply today; we show which the core accepts and which it does not yet.

The plan you actually ran

That day's routes: which vehicle, which stops in which order, planned kilometres, and whether they include the return to the depot.

It uses the same data template as the Pilot, so data you prepare now does not have to be redone if both sides continue.

What you get back

  • 01Routes per vehicle: which orders, in which stop order.
  • 02The difference against your plan: trips, kilometres, cargo per route.
  • 03A row comparing the cargo each side carried, to show whether the comparison is fair.
  • 04Which kilometres are being compared, and whether they include the return to the depot.
  • 05Orders and vehicles not placed, constraints not applied and data rows rejected, each with its reason.

Volumes within 1%: a direct difference. Further apart, but the smaller at 90% or more of the larger: the difference per tonne of cargo. Below 90%: no difference, only the reason. No cost, fuel or emissions figure appears.

How the measurement runs today

The measurement currently runs with the SmartWay team: you send a file in the template, the SmartWay team runs the core and sends the result back with an explanation. A version you run yourself on the demo site is being built.

What one day cannot conclude

  • Plan against plan, not against the distance the vehicles actually drove.
  • One day is neither an average nor a promise for your daily operation.
  • Contract figures come from the Pilot, with a live shift and acceptance criteria signed up front, not from this measurement.
