Data controller
SmartWay Informatics Joint Stock Company collects and processes the personal data arising from this site. Company contact details are at the bottom of the contact page.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form: name, work email, company, phone, job title, and your message. For trial signups we also store a hashed password. We never store the plain password.

Technical data alongside it
When you submit a form we record the language you were reading, the page you submitted from, and campaign parameters in the URL if present. The purpose is to know which channel brought you here, not to identify you personally.

We use a third party email service to send confirmations. That service reports delivery and open events back to us, and we store those events on your contact history.

What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers running this site. We do not use anything you submit here to train models.

How long we keep it
Contact details are kept while a commercial conversation is live and for at most 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your data. Send the request to the address on the contact page and we will handle it within 30 days.

Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie, and it is created only after you sign in.
